30-Day Return Policy
At ShiftFrame, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return shipping address and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at info@shiftframee.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately after your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with any original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item) or is otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
