Thank you for shopping with ShiftFrame. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or times of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Times
We currently ship to customers worldwide, including the United States and countries within the European Union.
Estimated delivery times are 7–15 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance procedures, carrier performance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination unless free shipping is offered as part of a promotion or otherwise stated on our website.
All shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become available after shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

ShiftFrame shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for complying with all import regulations applicable in their country.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, ShiftFrame shall not be responsible for any resulting delay or loss.
If the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@shiftframee.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Once a shipment has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided during checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you believe your delivered package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier immediately and checking with household members or neighbors. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you with any carrier investigation where appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
